What a credit buys.

Every new account starts with 60 free credits — about 20 drafts, or 3 finished print-ready designs — plus 10 free chat messages a day, which reset whether you spent anything or not. Past that a message costs 3 credits. You only pay for results we actually deliver: mockups, downloads and remixing never cost anything.

What one credit costs. Bigger packs are cheaper per credit; the low end is the Pro pack, the high end is the smallest one.

A draft while you’re still exploring an idea (3 credits).

A finished design at full print quality (20 credits) — the file that goes on the product.

The rules we hold ourselves to

Failures refund, automatically — if a generation errors out, the credits return to your balance on their own. No support ticket needed.

Costs shown before, not after — every action carries its price on the button, and in chat, plans over 5 credits confirm before they run

Talking is mostly free — the first 10 messages each day cost nothing, and the allowance resets daily rather than draining your balance. After that a message is 3 credits — asking questions, changing your mind and starting over are all part of the work, so we'd rather not charge for most of it.

Credits stick around — Mini, Basic and Standard packs stay valid a full year from purchase; Pro packs never expire. No subscription either way.

What you’re actually buying

A credit doesn’t buy you a picture — it buys a file that’s ready to print. That’s the part that takes the work.

You get the artwork, not a photo of the product — and logos and marks come back on a transparent background, so they’re ready to go straight onto a garment.

Sized to the real print area — we render at the exact pixel dimensions of the product and placement you picked, rather than stretching a square to fit.

The right print method per product — a mug, a t-shirt and an embroidered cap are each printed differently, and we work that out for you.

A resolution floor that stops the job — if a file would come out soft, the render fails and tells you, instead of printing something you’d be disappointed by.
