Your design becomes a listing in your own Etsy shop. A buyer orders it on Etsy, we make it to order, and we ship it and send the tracking to Etsy.

The term ‘Etsy’ is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy’s API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.

How it works

You set the price. We do the rest.

  1. Pick a product

One you made here. We build the listing for you.

  2. Publish it

It waits in your Etsy shop until you say go.

  3. Someone buys it

They pay on Etsy. Etsy pays you.

  4. We make and ship it

Made for that order. Tracking goes to Etsy by itself.

Questions

Do I need an Etsy shop?

Yes. You sell from your own shop. No shop yet? Open one on Etsy. We can connect shops based in the US that sell in US dollars.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing from us. Connecting and listing through Pablit are free; Etsy charges its own fees, and you see them before you publish.

Who pays me?

Etsy does. Your buyer pays Etsy at checkout, and Etsy pays you through Etsy Payments, into your bank on your deposit schedule. Your sales money never passes through Pablit.

Why does Pablit have my card?

Because the money from a sale goes to you, not to us. When someone buys, we make the item and ship it to your buyer, and your card pays for that order: what it cost to make and ship, plus our fee. We only ever charge it for orders. Connecting and listing through Pablit are free.

When is my card charged, and how much?

Only when someone buys, once we’ve started making their order. For a larger order, or several at once, we may first put a hold on your card for the amount. The amount is what that order really cost to make and ship (with any sales tax or embroidery setup fee), plus our fee, so it can differ a little from the estimate you saw when you listed it. We email you the amount every time.

What can I sell?

Your own designs, on products you made here. The selling guide shows what sells.

Where do you ship?

To buyers in the United States, for now.

Can buyers return items?

Each item is made for its buyer, so the listings we create use a no-returns policy. You can change that in Etsy; a return you accept is between you and your buyer.

What if an item arrives damaged or wrong?

Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If we agree the fault was ours, we remake it or refund what we charged you for it, at our choice.

What about Shopify or Amazon?

Coming soon. Join the waitlist on this page and we'll email you when it opens.

Why does it say Beta?

Selling is new, and it's open: you list in your own Etsy shop, and we make and ship every order. Beta means we're still adding to it. If you run into anything, let us know and we'll sort it out. Ideas are welcome too.

Can I stop any time?

Yes. When you disconnect we pause every listing of ours that's on sale in your shop first, so no buyer pays for something we won't make, and we finish the orders we already have. Then our access ends.
