Pablit Community Guidelines

Welcome to Pablit, a creative hub where innovators, artists, and thinkers come together at the intersection of AI technology and artistic expression. We invite members from diverse backgrounds and skill levels to join us in building a supportive and inspiring community.

Community Standards

The following guidelines outline Pablit's standards for behavior and content. These guidelines may be updated periodically and serve as the foundation for maintaining a respectful, creative community. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent closure. Pablit reserves the right to interpret and enforce these guidelines at our discretion.

1. Age Requirement: Users must be 16 years or older, as required by law for entering into contracts with Pablit.
2. Content Labeling: Artistic works containing potentially sensitive themes must be appropriately labeled during upload. This ensures content is only visible to users who have opted to view such material.
3. Respectful Promotion: Members may promote their services or products in designated areas such as profiles and portfolios. Transparency, particularly regarding commercial relationships, is essential.
4. Language Guidelines: While diverse expression is welcomed, using language to attack, harass, or demean other members is strictly prohibited.
5. Prohibited Content: Explicit sexual content, gratuitous violence, hate speech, or content intended to harm or demean others is not permitted on Pablit.
6. Child Safety: All content must comply with child safety laws. Any content featuring or intended for minors must adhere to our strictest guidelines.
7. Harmful Behavior: Promoting violence, hate, discrimination, or spreading harmful misinformation is not acceptable on our platform.
8. Constructive Feedback: Criticism and feedback should be constructive and respectful. Unsolicited negative comments that serve no constructive purpose are discouraged.
9. No Harassment: Personal attacks, harassment, doxxing, or intimidation of other members or staff will result in immediate action. Report such behavior and disengage from the situation.
10. Intellectual Property: Pablit respects intellectual property rights. Users are responsible for ensuring their content doesn't infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights.
11. Platform Focus: Pablit focuses on AI-powered creativity and artistic expression. While we appreciate diverse viewpoints, we encourage members to keep discussions relevant to our creative community.
12. Legal Compliance: Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content and conduct comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
13. Usage Limits: Fair usage policies apply to prevent platform abuse. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations will result in closure of all associated accounts.
14. Authentic Engagement: Using bots, fake accounts, or automated systems that compromise platform integrity is prohibited.
15. Account Termination: Violating Pablit's policies may result in immediate and permanent account closure, including all linked accounts.

Sharing Designs with the Community

Pablit is built around the idea that great designs travel further when the community can build on them. To make that work, we need a clear, simple rule about what happens when you share a design publicly.

1. Public means reusable. Any design you post with visibility set to “Share to Gallery”, or that you list publicly on the marketplace, can be used by other Pablit members to make their own products. They can print it on a shirt, mug, poster, sticker, or anything else our product catalog supports — for personal use or for sale — without owing you compensation, attribution, or notice.
2. Private stays private. Designs kept on “Just for me” are visible only to you. They never appear in the gallery, never surface in search, and other users cannot use them to make products. If you're unsure, default to private until you decide.
3. You can flip back. You may change a design from public to private at any time. Going forward, no new users can pick it up. Products that other users already made or saved while it was public stay theirs to keep, sell, or distribute.
4. Only post what you can legally share. By making a design public, you confirm you have the rights to grant this community-reuse license — that it's your original work or properly licensed, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
5. Curation, credit, and discoverability. Pablit may feature publicly shared designs in the gallery, in editorial collections, on the homepage, or in marketing — credit where credit is due. Public sharing is also how you become eligible for our monthly creator rewards.

The full legal version of this license lives in the Terms of Service (Section 6.1, “Publicly Shared Designs — Community Reuse License”). The plain version: share publicly if you're happy for the community to remix it; keep it private otherwise.
